Abstract

.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Youth/Student Information and Counseling Center (PIK R/M) program implemented in Selosari Village, Magetan Regency. Employing a descriptive quantitative method, data were collected through structured interviews with the Village Head and PIK R/M program managers, guided by the standards set by the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN). The findings indicate that the program is generally well-executed, achieving an average performance rate of 95%. Key components such as program establishment, advocacy, socialization, human resource empowerment, and the provision of consultation and facilitation services have shown optimal outcomes. However, several areas require further development, particularly the enhancement of facilities and infrastructure, the recruitment and training of educators and peer counselors—currently at 76% achievement—and the documentation and reporting processes, which stand at 86%, falling short of the ideal benchmark. In conclusion, while the PIK R/M program in Selosari Village is effective in its core functions, targeted improvements are necessary to ensure its sustainability and to elevate the overall quality of adolescent health services.
