This study was motivated by the importance of accurate anthropometric measurements in toddlers to assess their nutritional status. This study aims to measure the accuracy of toddler height (TB) and weight (BB) measurements carried out by posyandu cadres in Sukowinangun Village, Magetan District, Magetan Regency, by comparing them with the results of health workers' measurements as the gold standard. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and data entry by posyandu cadres and health workers. The data collected were then analyzed using percentage techniques and presented in tabular form. The results showed that 25 Melati posyandu cadres in Sukowinangun Village who were the subjects of the study showed 100% accurate TB and BB measurement results. This shows that posyandu cadres in the area have accurate abilities in carrying out anthropometric measurements in toddlers. In conclusion, this study confirms that Melati posyandu cadres in Sukowinangun Village have good accuracy in measuring toddlers' TB and BB. This study provides recommendations to health service agencies to improve the skills of cadres through periodic retraining or simulation, as well as providing and carrying out routine maintenance or monitoring of measuring instruments to optimize health services.
